Zehin privacy policy.

This policy explains how the Zehin English-learning app handles information. For questions or privacy requests, contact Zehin's operator at zehinsupport@gmail.com.

Learning information stays on your device

Zehin does not require an account. Learning and reading progress, saved vocabulary, activity records used for features such as streaks, and preferences are stored locally. Zehin does not operate a cloud-sync service for that information.

The app does not include advertising, an analytics SDK or live AI chat. It does not request access to your location, camera, microphone or contacts.

Downloading story audio

Story narration is delivered through Cloudflare. When you request an audio file, the service processes the requested file path, your IP address and ordinary technical request information to deliver content and operate and protect its infrastructure. Your saved words and lesson progress are not included in these requests.

The app's audio Worker is configured without application observability logging. This does not mean Cloudflare processes no request information. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for its processing practices. Audio downloaded to your device is kept in a purgeable cache and may be removed by the operating system.

Support messages

If you choose to email support, your email provider sends the message you compose. We receive your sender address, message and any attachments you include, and use them to respond and resolve the issue. Support mail is handled using Gmail and may be forwarded to the operator's private inbox for that purpose.

We retain support correspondence as needed to handle the request and related issues. You may request deletion by emailing the support address. Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. See Google's privacy policy for its service practices.

Deleting information and device backups

You can remove locally stored app data using your device's app-storage controls where available or by uninstalling the app. Your device's operating system may manage backups separately; use its backup controls to manage those copies. Cached narration can be downloaded again. Zehin cannot restore local progress from an app-operated cloud account because it has no such account service.

This support website

Your browser sends ordinary technical request information to the website's hosting provider to load these pages. The pages contain no contact form, advertising code or app-progress upload. Email links open your own email application.

Children and families

Zehin is intended to include younger learners. The app does not ask learners to register or provide their name, age, email address or other profile information. Local learning data and technical requests for story audio are handled as described above.

Children should ask a parent or guardian to contact support on their behalf. Parents or guardians can contact zehinsupport@gmail.com with questions about information provided in a support message or to request its deletion. Please do not send a child's full name, school, address or other unnecessary personal information.
